New Items to be recycled!

Pictured below are examples of electronic media that will be recycled at the 10^th Annual Household Hazardous Waste Day on September 8^th, 2007. All forms of electronic media and their cases: diskettes, zip disks, CDs, CD-Rs, CD-RWs, DVDs et al, video tape, audio tape, game cartridges, DAT, DLT, Beta or Digibeta, and virtually all other type of computer tapes. These will be recycled by Care Environmental and paid for by Otsego County tax dollars. So please come and take advantage of this wonderful service!

Household Hazardous Waste Day – Sept. 8^th, 2007, Saturday, 8am to 2pm at the NYS DOT Work Yard, NYS Route 7 in Oneonta off of Route 28 in Colliersville. Questions call 547-4225, Terry Bliss Solid Waste Coordinator. To volunteer for the event call OCCA at 607-547-4020 and ask for Martha Clarvoe.
