Farmers have the opportunity to drop off used agricultural plastic film for free. Material must be shaken out to remove excess feed/dirt, dry, and sorted according to color/type. Call OCCA Program Director Jeff O'Handley at (607) 282-4087 to register. Acceptable plastics include bale wrap, silage/ag bags, bunker covers.
