Snowshoe Hike to Mud Lake

Steve Kent leads a 3.5-hour hike to Mud Lake and back in Robert V. Riddell State Park to kick off our 2017 nature walk series. Highlights of the walk are Steve’s tales of the property before it became a state park, a 30-foot high waterfall, and Mud Lake, a sphagnum bog at the top of the hill.
