Paddle and Pull, Silver Lake

Volunteers are needed to help continue removing water chestnut (Trapa natans) and European frog-bit (Hydrocharus morsus-ranae),  two highly-invasive aquatic plants, from Silver Lake in New Berlin. Help us get them before they can spread further! Bring water, sunscreen, and dress to get wet and dirty. Due to local restrictions, only canoes owned by members of the Silver Lake community or OCCA are allowed on the lake; please pre-register using the form to volunteer.
