Butternut Creek Watershed Study Volunteer Training

FreeVolunteers are needed to help complete the Butternut Creek Watershed Study being conducted by the Otsego County Soil & Water Conservation District. Tasks include walking the stream corridor, measuring certain physical conditions such as bank height and width, and documenting conditions with photographs and by filling in forms. Training includes classroom and field portions, and is good for new volunteers and as a refresher for experienced volunteers.
