Author and Naturalist John Muir said, “In every walk with Nature one receives far more than he seeks.” Join us at the pavilion for fresh air and moving meditation with Olivia before the start of a new work week! Olivia plans on offering [M]-Power-movement for mental health. [M]Power is a 30-minute experience that combines movement, music, meditation, psychoeducation, and somatic therapy as an alternative to traditional talk therapy.
