Eco-Fair 2022 Registration

 

The Susquehanna Headwaters Environmental Collaborative (SHEC) is excited to announce a new event: Eco-Fair. This inaugural event will be held on Saturday, July 9th from 11am to 4pm at Neahwa Park in Oneonta. Eco-Fair will feature a vendor fair, electric vehicle car show, live entertainment including Birds of Prey, local band performances, an environmentally themed puppet show, exhibits on sustainability and the environment, and much more. We are seeking exhibitors and vendors to share their eco-friendly products, programs, educational opportunities, and services at the event, and we would like to invite you to participate.

We are thrilled to invite local organizations and businesses to share their knowledge and goods with our patrons. Eco-Fair will maintain many elements from the traditional Earth Festival —the vendor fair, food trucks, children’s activities, and more, along with the opportunity to share your message, products, and services with a large number of people. Please take a moment to review the information below to be part of Eco-Fair 2022. We have also included information about sponsorship levels and donations should you wish to support the Eco-Fair in another way. 

The early bird registration deadline (discounted rate) is 5pm on May 20, 2022.

Exhibit/Vendor Space Registration

2022 ECO-FAIR - EXHIBITOR/VENDOR INFORMATION
Set up at Neahwa Park, Oneonta, NY will be between 9 and 10:30am on Saturday, 7/9;
Break-down will take place at 4pm on Saturday, 7/9;
Early Bird Registration (at discounted rate) Deadline is 5pm, May 20, 2022
(Late Registration fees will increase after 5/20 - Deadline is 5pm, June 17, 2022)

• Each exhibit/vendor space will be designated a 10x10 space in the Eco-Fair Event area at Neahwa Park. If you require additional space, please register for the appropriate number of spots. Exhibitors can bring their own tents, tables and chairs - OR these can be provided for you by selecting those options in the areas below.
IMPORTANT: If you are providing your own tent, you MUST bring anchors to assure stability and safety to all event participants in case of strong or gusting winds.

• Vendors selling retail and/or food items - Earth friendly or recyclable packaging is required. Compostable food service items are required. If you are unable to procure, please reach out to Anna Rutenbeck at 607-547-4488 for sources for your purchase.

• If electricity is required at your exhibit/vending location, please indicate that you need this in the form area below. Vendors and exhibitors must bring their own extension cords.
NOTE: Food trucks will need to provide their own generators as the site electric configuration will likely not be able accommodate this need.

NOTE: SHEC members receive 25% off exhibit space registration fees.
The Susquehanna Headwaters Environmental Collaborative brings together environmentally-minded organizations, businesses, municipalities and individuals in order to expand their collective impact through cooperative projects, shared resources and goal setting, and improved inter-organization communication.
Students, Schools and Municipalities are permitted a standalone tabletop or poster display on an identified environmental topic or a showcase of your local initiatives AT NO CHARGE.
An interpreter is welcome, but is not required.
Sales, including fundraisers must register as a vendor.

Eco-Fair Sponsorships and Donations

Full event and specific component sponsorships are available to help support Eco-Fair. Event sponsors will receive recognition as described below.

GRASS ROOTS (for donations up to $500): Included in printed program; Website link included on Eco-Fair website.

SEEDLING (for donations $501-$1500): All of the above plus One Exhibit or Vendor Space (if desired), Listing on promotional fliers and recognition on Eco-Fair 2022 T-Shirts.

SAPLING (for donations $1501-$3000): All of the above plus recognition in paid advertisements.

SUSTAINING (for donations $3001-$4500): All of the above plus mention in radio promotions/interviews and media releases, plus recognition in event signage.

CANOPY (for donations $4501 and up): All of the above plus logo on Oneonta Main Street event promotional banner.
Enter your donation amount above. Donations are tax deductible through the SHEC Fiscal Sponsor, Otsego County Conservattion Association, as permitted by law.
The above activities will be promoted individually as well as part of ECO-FAIR. Specific event sponsors will receive all benefits above in relation to the specific event as well as extra recognition during live events.
