Edic to Fraser Comment Documents

edic-to-fraserBelow are links to OCCA’s comment materials submitted to the Public Service Commission pursuant to the proposed Edic to Fraser transmission line. Thanks to all who contributed to this document!

Our team has put together a lot of really good information as to the potential impacts of this project, collaborating with the Otsego Land Trust, Delaware-Otsego Audubon Society, Otsego 2000, Butternut Valley Alliance, and with the seven municipalities along the route. We also worked closely with the Otsego County Planning Department.

We have worked hard to best represent the interests of all of our partners on this project. Hopefully it will be enough to persuade the PSC that Edic to Fraser should not advance. It is good to note that NYS Ag & Markets has also advised the PSC that Edic to Fraser should be rejected (see http://documents.dps.ny.gov/public/Common/ViewDoc.aspx?DocRefId={4B6A2D01-22E4-4D71-81CC-B8161195FD2B}).
